In 2013, Peter reached an inflection point...continue serving as an executive employee, or forge a path where he could fully realize his passion. That passion is best described as helping people tell better brand stories that connect people around common purpose and personal values. And that’s when illumeture was born…a brand strategy firm built to help people harness their purpose, simplify their message through the lens of the audience, and be better at having more right conversations with right people. For nearly two decades, Peter applied a life-long pursuit to be creative by serving in sales, marketing and leadership roles in the financial services, environmental safety, and healthcare industries. Peter is the co-creator of the prestigious Robert W. Campbell Award for the environmental safety industry. Following his time in the environmental safety industry, he transitioned to healthcare where he worked closely with hospital CEOs closing nearly $400 million in clinical services contracts…agreements directly improving care while triggering millions of dollars in savings. Peter later served as the activator for two market-disrupting hospital innovations: a patented oncology technology and a generic orthopedic trauma product set. In his final healthcare industry leadership role before starting his current firm illumeture, Peter had the honor of serving as the facilitator for a think tank of hospital physician leaders focused on transitioning to value based care.

As Project Manager at Illumeture, Jessie wears many hats. On any given day, she can be found researching potential solutions for any number of client quandaries, building and optimizing websites (her favorite), writing case studies, working with graphic designers, or, of course, wrangling Peter. She lives to find simple, creative solutions to complicated problems. Nothing satisfies her more than to see a beautiful website or landing page brought to life. Jessie loves learning new things and will spend hours researching a new skill or topic without even realizing it, which sometimes gets her into trouble when she’s on a deadline. When she’s not managing projects for Illumeture or watching training videos on youtube, you’ll probably find Jessie at the gym, on a trail, at the river, or eating. Probably eating.

She's also the Co-Founder of Illumeture providing management execution of back office operations and finance. Jodi is loyal, focused, and always running. She loves God, her family, and being a mom. She also loves playing and watching tennis...highlighted by a recent trip to the US Open in New York!
